Ingredients

  • 2 cupsoaked moong dal (3 hours)
  • 1 cupchopped onions
  • 1/2 cupspinach puree
  • 2 tablespoonginger & chilli paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonchat masala
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek mixing bowl me soaked moong dal, salt, spinach puree, ginger, chilli paste grind karke paste ready karein, pani add na karein

  2. 2

    Ek mixing bowl me moong dal paste, chopped onions mix karein or oval shape ke role ready karein or garam oil me deep fry karein

  3. 3

    Serving dish me nikalkar uper se chat masala sprinkle karein uper onion sliced se garnish karein

  4. 4

    Green chutney ketchup ke sath serve karein
