Steps

Chop your carrots and courgettes.

Grind your garlic cloves.

Heat oil in pan to fry your neatly diced carrots for about 1 minute.

Add finely chopped courgettes, grinded chilli and chilli cubes.

Stir the mixture for 30 seconds.

Cover the pan for about 1 minute. This is to allow the aroma get trapped in.

Add evenly diced courgette stripes

Add salt. give a quick stir.

Our food is ready to serve. you can add some cabbage to make it complete.
