Ingredients

  1. 1Chopped zucchini
  2. 2Chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
  3. 1/2Chopped onion
  4. 2Lebanese pockets
  5. 1/2 cupReduced fat shredded cheese
  6. 2 tbspHot salsa
  7. 1 tbspLight country crock butter spread
  8. 1as needed Adobo
  9. 1as needed Garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter spread in frying pan and add onions

  2. 2

    Saut? onions and add zucchini, chicken (cubed) and season to taste

  3. 3

    Add cheese and take off hear

  4. 4

    In a separate frying pan, place Lebanese pockets. Fold them in half to create a pocket and add half the filling to each pocket. Cook both sides of the pocket until they are crispy

  5. 5

    Cut into 4's and eat with salsa
