Ingredients

  • 1 largehead of cauliflower, diced
  • 1as needed Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cupCream (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the cauliflower heads in little water for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Drain the cauliflower and save the cooking water. With a handheld mixer, purée everything adding the cooking water as needed.

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper to taste and a bit if cream (optional). Scoop out and serve.
