I like egg sandwiches, but I want to change it up sometimes... I don't like it to be dry, but I don't like adding tons of mayonnaise either. It's nearly hanami season too. I tried making the egg salad with Caesar salad dressing. I added some spiciness to make this for grown-ups.This is great just with the Caesar salad dressing.Add the Tabasco and chili pepper little by little while tasting.
