Super Sausage and Cheese Sandwich 🥖🧀🍅
Last night I was really craving a sausage sandwich with mayonnaise, so we decided to make it even better and ended up making these sandwiches for dinner. They were delicious, and if I had another 6 sausages and a loaf of bread... haha, we would have eaten two more 😂😂😂😂

Heat a skillet with olive oil and add the sausages, slicing them open a bit (I cut the casing on one side so they open up and cook through)

Preheat the oven to its highest setting

Spread cream cheese on one half of the bread

Place tomato slices on top of the cream cheese

Add the cheddar cheese on top of the tomato

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 5-8 minutes, until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted

Remove from the oven

Place the bread halves on a plate and spread mayonnaise to taste on the plain half

Place the sausages on top of the cheese

Close the sandwich, press down gently, and serve with some good potato chips. Enjoy! 👌😋 These are exactly the kind of dinners I missed during pregnancy 😂😂😂😂
