Dum aloo
Dum aloo goes well with khasta kachori
Steps

Peal the boiled potatoes and cut in big pieces

Heat sufficient oil in deep kadai and fry these potatoes till golden in color
- 3
Add tomatoes ginger and chilli paste and turmeric powder and cook till it leaves the oil
- 4
When it leaves the oil add kasuri methi red chilli powder and dum aloo masala
- 5
Add some water and cook till every thing mix well
- 6
Off the gas and take it out in serving bowl and serve it with khasta kachori
