Ingredients

  1. 2000 mlpure apple juice
  2. 2 stickcinnamon
  3. 4 slicefresh ginger, 2cm pieces
  4. 2whole orange, sliced
  5. 1 slicewhole lemon
  6. to tastesugar / honey / agave

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the apple juice in a pan with the cinnamon sticks (broken in half), ginger, sliced orange & lemon and heat gently for around 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Remove the ginger and cinnamon. Sweeten to taste and serve with a slice of the orange & lemon in each mug
