Egg Rice

I have been staying out from almost 6 years now and one thing that has always "haunted" me while staying out from home was Food...basically "Maa ke hath ka khana"...
As everyone is well versed with the quality of food served in hostels / pg..70% of the students/ bachelors ,etc survive on maggi and packed food..And being a Punjabi Gabru jawaan.. delicious food has always been my weakness..
So this recipe is to help all those bachelors/ students to prepare food all by themselves in a very simple manner!! And trust me..its not a 'rocket science' to make yummy food!!!

Boil the rice

In a pan, take vegetable oil and heat it.

When the oil is hot, add green chilly and chopped onions

When the onion becomes golden brown in color, add ajino moto !!

Put eggs in the pan and add table salt, black pepper and stir it.

When eggs get little cooked, add rice to the pan.

Add chilly sauce and soy sauce to the pan and mix the rice well with it.

And....It's done!!! Delicious egg rice is ready.
