  • 14 lb Turkey
  • 1olive oil
  • 1poultry seasoning
  • 1salt
  • 1black pepper
  • 1sage
  • 1onion
  • 2 stickcelery
  • 1bell pepper
  • 1Tonys injectable (optional)

    Preheat oven 450°F

  2. 2

    Mix seasoning with olive oil rub Turkey generously

  3. 3

    Inject Turkey with injectable

  4. 4

    Stuff w/ celery, bell pepper, onion

  5. 5

    Tent foil over breast

  6. 6

    Place turkey on bottom rack for 45 min at 450°F

  7. 7

    Decrease heat 325 for 3 hours1qqa

  8. 8

    Take off tent for last hour
