Ingredients

  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 1/2mango
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1yellow bell pepper
  • 1red onion
  • 2jalapenos
  • 1cilantro (to taste)
  • 1salt & pepper (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice up first 6 ingredients.

  2. 2

    Chop up as much cilantro as you would like to use.

  3. 3

    Place all ingredients in a bowl. Squeeze excess juice from mango off of pit and into the bowl with everything else.

  4. 4

    Add salt & pepper.

  5. 5

    Stir all ingredients together enjoy!!
