  • 4 ozSausage
  • 1/4 mediumRed Onion
  • 3 smallSweet Peppers
  • 1 mediumRed Potato
  • 2 pinchsalt
  • 3 tbspwater
  • 1 smallEgg

    My ingredients are organic, pasture raised and drug free :)

    Get everything chopped up and ready.

  2. 2

    warm up sausage until juice starts to flow, then add onion and peppers... toss and mix together.

    Once all is warmed through, add potatoes on top.

  3. 3

    Add water here and cover for 5 min. This will allow the potatoes to steam cook a little faster.

    Then toss, mix through, cover and cook another 5 min.

  4. 4

    When all is cooked to desired crispiness, add egg on top, turn of stove, cover and let egg cook with remaining heat.

    Cook egg until yolk is still runny, cut egg and mix in. Serve while hot!
