Soak daal for 4 hour....grind well with less water

Add semolina..salt...beat well with hands....batter should not be thin...it should be thick..keep aside for 1 hour

Now heat oil....wet ir palm...put a ball size batter on palm...wet finger..make a hole...place slightly in oil...fry till golden brown...soak in lukewarm salted water

Make tadka...heat oil...add curry leaves,, mustard seeds,,red chilli...hing...mango ginger..cool it

Beat dahi.and water...add salt..roasted crushed cumin

Place tadka in dahi

Take a pot...add vada...pour dahi mix...and serve
