Mix cheese, sweetcorns, oregano and chilliflakes and make small balls. Mash potatoes and damp bread slices with some water add 1/2 tsp salt and mix and knead well. Stuff cheese mixture in mixture of potatoes and bread. Deep fry till golden brown.
