  2. 2 BoxesTrader Joe's Or COSTCO Chicken Dumplings [12 total]
  3. 2 CupsRaw Shrimp
  4. ● For The Vegetables Fluids & Seasonings
  5. 4 (15 oz)Cans Chicken Broth [+ water if needed]
  6. 2 CupsThin Sliced Fresh Cabbage
  7. 1/2 CupChopped Green Onions
  8. 1LG Jalapeno [deseeded & sliced]
  9. 1 tspDried Thai Chilies [crushed]
  10. 1 tbspDried Thai Basil
  11. 2 tbspFine Minced Garlic
  12. 1 tbspFresh Or Pickled Ginger
  13. 1 BunchCilantro Leaves
  14. 1/2 CanWater Chestnuts
  15. to tasteBean Sprouts [optional]
  16. 2 PacketsTop Ramen Oriental Seasoning
  17. to tasteHonDashi [be careful - she's pretty salty!]
  18. 1 tbspLight Soy Sauce
  19. 1 tspQuantity Fish Sauce
  20. 1/2 tspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  21. ● For The Sides [as needed]
  22. Siracha Sauce
  23. LeavesFresh Cilantro
  24. Garlic Siriacha Sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Here's the bulk of what you'll need. Not every ingredient pictured.

    Add everything in the ● For The Vegetables Fluids & Seasonings. Simmer for 15 minutes.

    Then, add your dumplings and shrimp and simmer for 8 minutes. When your dumplings float, there done. nu

    Serve with sides of Siracha and fresh cilantro. Garnish with Thai Basil. Enjoy!
