  • 6whole potatoes
  • 2long onions
  • 1salt
  • 1ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cupvegetable oil

    Pour oil into skillet on medium heat

  2. 2

    Place peeled chopped potatoes into skillet

  3. 3

    Add long chopped onions

  4. 4

    Stirring occasionally add soalt and pepper

  5. 5

    Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat stirring occasionally

  6. 6

    serve and enjoy
