Coat chicken strips with sesame seeds and flour,fry on medium heat until cook ,but not crispy,drain excess oil,set aside

On stir fry pan add some oil,fry garlic until golden,add vegetables,let it soft for 3 mins,add sauce,add chicken,stir to mix well,cook 3 more mins ,heat off

To serve ,set on serving plate garnish with chopped spring onion,seame seeds,serve hot with hot steamed jasmine rice :)
