Greek Feta Quiche
The first recipe on allthecooks I made together with my girlfriend, and how successful it was.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven at 200°C
- 2
Take a baking dish (1.5 liter) and oil the inside OR, place a sheet of (greaseproof) baking paper over the bottom of the baking dish. If you make the paper sheet long enough to have it stick out of the dish, you can easily lift out the Quiche at the end (see picture).
- 3
Cover the entire baking dish with puffy pastry, and put small holes in it, to prevent it from rising too much.
- 4
Chop the onions and garlic, and fry them shortly with the ham and spinach.
- 5
Mix the eggs, creme fraiche and milk, and beat the firmly until the lumps are gone. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 6
Mix the egg mix and the filling, and pour it into the baking dish.
- 7
Put it into the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- 8
Enjoy!

Beetroot and Feta Quiche Beetroot and Feta Quiche
I couldn't forget about the beetroot quiche that I ate at a cafe in my neighborhood. My husband also requested it, so I tried recreating it.The key is to cut the vegetables into large pieces, and enjoy their tastes. Cut the onion or shallots into large pieces, and saute them by flipping instead of stirring until they become soft. It makes them taste better. For 4 serivings. Recipe by cheves cookpad.japan -
