Mix the 500 gm of Chicken with 2 teaspoons of chili powder,1 teaspoon of coriander powder,a pinch of turmeric,Garlic Paste and salt.Mix everything well so that it forms a good coating with chicken.

Keep the mix aside for 30 minutes to 1 hr.

Keep a pan above the stove with low flame.Take two table spoon of coconut oil.when oil turns hot add 2 teaspoon of chili powder. When the raw taste of chili powder diminishes,add the chicken which is already mixed with spices onto the pan.

Keep the flame very low and allow the chicken to be cooked in very low flame.Add salt to taste.

Add little bit of chili flakes and close the pan with a lid.Allow the chicken to cook nicely.

Chicken will cook in its own water and will form as a thick gravy.

Serve the spicy yummy chicken dish with rice or any Indian bread.
