Bored eating cashews,try this tastier roasted masala cashews.This are also available in packed good,but I tried it to make it at home and it tastes as good as packed one.My creation,new taste.

1/4 cupCashew
1/4 tbspOil
1 tbspGrinned sugar
1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
1/2 tbspBlack salt
1/4 tbspSalt
1/2 tbspChat masala
1/4 tbspGaram masala
1 pinchTurmeric powder

Take oil and cashew in pan,roast it

Add red chilli powder,grinned sugar,salt,turmeric powder,garam masala,chat masala,black salt in pan after closing stove

Mix all masala in pan
