This recipe its on the back of the olive garden crouton bag. I made this for my birthday party 🥳 because I was craving this salad. I food prep this with my snack box containers , so when it came time to set up its was easier everything was already done. I had some leftover what stayed in the containers for lunches .Having a mini salad bar in my refrigerator now is my favorite thing , its so much easier when everything all in one place and saves room in my fridge.

If you don't want to buy the individual ingredients or you don't want to pickle them homemade, buy the Italian Giardiniera pickled vegetable mix. You can also get the olive salad at some grocery stores. Just use most excellent olive oil. Some Muffaletta Sandwiches use this olive salad minced into a paste but I like the rustic texture.If you make the sandwich use a good Sicilian round bread and good cuts of meat.
