I'm a vegan and I was craving an egg salad sandwich, but I didn't want to break my vegan diet, so I found this recipe and made it even "eggier" by adding the Indian black salt. More vegan recipes at YouTube.com/lilhpster

1 loaffirm tofu drained
1/3 cupvegannaise
1/3 cupsweet relish
1/2 tsplemon juice
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tsponion powder
1/2 tspIndian black salt (Kala Namak)
1/2 stalkof celery diced
1 tbspmustard
1 dashpaprika for garnish

In a medium-sized bowl, mash the tofu with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and stir together until well combined. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish, if desired.
Serve on bread with lettuce for an "egg" salad sandwich, or spread on crackers.
