Sabse pehle besan ko chaan le and usme 100 gm. Ghee milake haath se masale or toda toda pani add kar ke tight dough banayein.

Ek traf kadai me ghee garam karein Ab dough ke muthiya banayein haath me lekr or slow flame par ache se slow slow deep fry karein golden brown hone tak.

Now in fry muthiyo ko okal me kuth kar chaan le and side me rhke.

Ek bde pot me sugar and water add karein cook hone rhke sugar dissolve hone tak.(pot large Ho)

Chasni ekdum thick 3 threads ke approx ho now milk kesar add karein or upar bubbles aajege wo hata de.

Jab chasni ache se cook ho jaye flame off karein or bnaya hua mutte ka churma hilate hue add karein ache se 10 minute beat karein or kuch der side me rhkde.

Mohanthal fulega or toda thick or hoga 20 minute ke approx rhke.

Now grease tray me jamaye or todi der me cut karein ready hain mohanthan
