Taisen's easy week night pizza

I thought the bread difference would be a nice change for the kids. This was fast to make and the kids actually had fun with it. It's simple enough to let them help make their own pizza with the toppings they like as well
Taisen's easy week night pizza
I thought the bread difference would be a nice change for the kids. This was fast to make and the kids actually had fun with it. It's simple enough to let them help make their own pizza with the toppings they like as well
Steps
- 1
Cook your sausage and anything else that needs it. Hamburger etc . Drain and put in a bowl or use it from the pan
- 2
Slice any toppings that need it.
- 3
Slice your bread in half if using the sub rolls. If your using the loaf, slice that into the length you want first then in half.
- 4
Pre heat oven to 350 or you can use it on broil if you like.
- 5
Spread the sauce on the bread. Add cheese then toppings
- 6
Take a cookie sheet and either use a little bit of olive oil or use tin foil to cover the cookie sheet. I used foil. Bake until the cheese is melted and the toppings are a little crisp
- 7
When you bake it you can do this on the bottom rack for the first few minutes to get the bread done more before getting the toppings finished cooking. Watch so you don't burn the bread. I left mine in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes
