Steps

In a bowl combine maida sugar salt baking soda curd and if needed add some water and ne kneed a dough.

Grease with 1 tsp ghee and coat well.cover with moist cloth and rest for 1 hr.

After an hour,pinch a small sized ball.dust with some maida and make a oval shape using rolling pin. make sure naan nor to be thick or thin..put some crushed coriander leaves over the naan and press it lightly so that leavea stick to the naan.

Heat tawa or non stick tawa.apply oil and grease tawa,clean it now apply water on same side.

Put naan roti on that side where water apply and slightly press so that it helps the naan to stick on to the tawa and when you can flip the tawa upside down it will be intact.

Brush some ghee or butter over the naan.

Now after a min. Flip the tawa upside down and cook naan directly on flame till they turn golden brown.

Finally add butter or crushed kasoori methi over this.

Serve hot tawa naan.
