Lamb liver with chilli and onion
Steps

Chop and prepare all your ingredients

Mix your braai and grill spice into your flour

Melt butter on a low heat before adding your onions and chilli
- 4
Slice liver and cover in the flour mix shake off any excess flour
- 5
Add ingredients (onions, chilli, pepper dew) fry in butter at a low heat, once cooking add thyme and garlic to the pan

Add butter if needed, remember low heat makes better meat
- 7
Add the liver by making gaps in your onions
- 8
Add a little salt, cook til golden brown and enjoy, serve liver by garnishing with all your onions etc

Just a tip and optional extra add a hint of red wine to the mix adding flavor as well as assisting with the cleaning of your pan as butter does tend to make a mess
