Preheat oven to 350°.

Coat 24 miniature muffin cups with vegetable oil spray.

Press won ton wrappers gently into cups, allowing ends to extend above tops of cups.

Lightly coat edges of won ton wrappers with vegetable oil spray.

Bake in a preheated oven 11 to 12 minutes or until cups just start to brown.

Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook cranberry sauce 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.

Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and peel.

When wrappers are done, remove from oven but maintain oven temperature.

Place 1 cube of brie in each cup and cover pan with a sheet of aluminum foil.

Return to oven and bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese softens.

Remove from oven and top each with about 1 teaspoon of the cranberry mixture.

Garnish with lemon zest curls.
