In a bowl add Maida, suji, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, sugar,oil and tomato puree.Mix all things and make dough.

Make balls out of dough.Flatten it between your palm and make a disk.

Now take one disk and start rolling it. Roll it into a big 10-11 inch diameter circle. It should not be too thick or too thin. It should have medium thickness.

Now prick the entire surface using fork. Make the holes very near. Now using cookies cutter or small katori,cut into small bite size circles.

Now heat the oil in a pan on medium heat for frying. Once oil is hot, silde in few puri. Fry them till they are golden brown. Flip them to get over colour from both sides. Then remove it using sotted spoon. Make sure to line the plate with paper towel to absorb excees oil.

Enjoy this snack with tea or chutney.
