Easy chicken veggie stir fry
Veggie hating family devoured this! I used about a handful of green beans and handful of bean sprouts.
Cooking Instructions

Chop water chestnuts into med. chunks or slices. Put aside
- 2
Chop green pepper into small chunks. Put aside
- 3
Chop green beans into inch sections. Put aside.
- 4
Slice green onions.
- 5
Cook chicken in med. skillet.
- 6
Mash ramen in their packets then brown in large skillet with oil.
- 7
Add onions and peppers.
- 8
Add asian rice packet, water, and soy sauce. Cook out water.
- 9
Steam broccoli as directed on package.
- 10
Add water chestnuts and bean sprouts. Saute
- 11
Add broccoli and chicken
- 12
Add soy sauce to taste and enjoy!

Actually this dish was out of my first plan and accidentally created. I added too much water from the first recipe, so I change the recipe to plan B 😅 and tried to save it with another way. I boiled the rest of the veggies and add the egg for extra flavor. Voila!! Out of my desperate expectation, it turned out better! No, no, no...
