Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupsherry
  2. 1/4 cuprice vinegar
  3. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  4. 1/4 cupsesame oil
  5. 2 clovegarlic; minced
  6. 2 tspginger; minced

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk all ingredients together. Allow to marinate overnight to blend flavors together.

    Variations; Mirin, sake, lemon, lemongrass, basil, tarragon, parsley, chives, scallions, sesame seeds, tamari, tamarind, crushed peanuts, pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, wasabi, sugar, cilantro
