I cook at a country club in Albuquerque, nm; for a few months I worked with the same server and bartender every tuesday. This was one of the many treats I worked up for them!

hollow out the top part of the brioche so it makes a bowl.

heat and mix the shredded chicken with your chopped green chili
- 3
butter and heat your corn tortillas.
- 4
put your first tortilla under your brioche bowl.
- 5
put green chili chicken mix in the brioche bowl, then put your other tortilla atop that.
- 6
shave the crust from the bottom of your brioche bun. place atop the tortilla.
- 7
smother half of it with green chili sauce and the other half with red chili sauce. then melt your cheese on top of that.
