  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1/4 cupMawa
  • 2 tbspmixed dryfrits
  • 4 tbspgrinded sugar
  • 11/2 litermilk
  • 1spoon pisi elaichi

Steps

    Maida ke tight dough bana kar 10 mint ke rest dein..

  2. 2

    Mawe mein 2 tbsp sugar, elaichi, dry friuts dal kar ache s mix karein

  3. 3

    Milk ko 2 tbsp sugar dal kar boil hone ke liye gas per rakh dein..

  4. 4

    Dough ki badi si roti bel lein..and jyada thick ho and jyada patli jaisa hum puri belte hi Waisa hi belna hi. katori ya glass ko roti par rakh kar choti choti roti kaat lein aur 3 ya 4 spoon ya jitna mixture stuffing ke a jaye bhar kar choti roti ko gujihiya ke shape dein.. round gujihya ya lambi...kinaaro ko pani aur maide ke ghool s ache s chipka dein aur boiled milk mein dal kar slow anch par pakney dein..

    25/30 mint baad milk thick ho jayega, gas off kar dein..thanda karen aur tutifruti dryfruits s garnish kar serve karein..

    Milk aur mave dono p sugar dalni hi isliye taste ke acording dalen..

  7. 7

    Milk ko jyada thick nahi krna kunki thanda hone par wo aur jyada thick ho jata hi.. custrad jaisa consistency ke hone p flame band karein..
