Ingredients

  1. Boiled sweet potatoes cut into chunks
  2. Tspcinnamon
  3. Tbspvegetable oil or butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat your oil or butter in a shallow frying pan.

  2. 2

    Add in your sweet potato chunks and fry till nice and golden with some brown on it.

  3. 3

    Serve on plate and sprinkle some cinnamon powder lightly. Enjoy with your best hot beverage.
