cornbread
1/2 cupfried crispy chopped bacon
1 cupyellow corn meal
2 largeeggs
1 tspsalt
1 cupsr flour
2 tbspsunflower oil
2 ozwhole kernel corn
1 tbspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
oil to fry
1/4 cupsunflower oil
12 ozcan of evaporated milk

Fry the bacon get crispy chop it up mix all the ingredients together

Let the mixture rise about 10 minutes

Get pan hot with oil spoon into pan and fry
4

When the edges curl up turn and finish cooking

Repeat till no more batter just dont over crowd pan
