In this era of weight watcher; if we have to go the veggies route we have to go down that lane in a grand style and that is exactly what I did here
Steps

Wash all the vegetables with enough water and salt.
- 2
Slice nicely, grate 2 of the carrot and dice the remaining carrot.boil warm water and add salt.
- 3
Soak cabbage and carrots separately for 20minutes.
- 4
Sieve cabbage and carrots.arrange all the vegetables in a plate.
- 5
Pour salad cream or mayonnaise on top and enjoy.
