Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesWonton Wraps
  2. 1 canCrab Meat
  3. 1 packagesCream Cheese
  4. 1 smallOnion, finely chopped
  5. 1 cloveGarlic, minced
  6. 4 cupOil for Deep Frying
  7. 1 cupSweet & Sour Sauce for dipping

    Let Cream Cheese come to room temperature for easy blending.

  2. 2

    Drain crab meat well. Add to cream cheese, along with chopped onion and garlic. Blend together.

  3. 3

    Add a rounded spoonful of crab mixture to the center of the wonton wrap. Fold over into a triangle and seal the edges with some warm water on your finger tips. Continue until all mixture or wonton wraps are used.

  4. 4

    Deep fry in oil for a few minutes each until golden brown. Dip in Sweet & Sour sauce.
