Add sugar in luck warm milk. Stir till it dissolves completely. Add melted ghee and whisk it well.

Add pinch of salt, 2 cups maida and wheat flour (qty as required) enough for making a stiff dough.. (Approximately 2 cups required)

Cover the dough and rest for an hr.. Take a big portion and roll into medium thin chapati. If dusting required use maida. Cut into small circles. Make cut on each circle's edges (refer pic), prick with fork and join to make petal of flower.(reffer pic)

In place of flower shape.. You can cut square/diagonally too..

Heat oil in a wok..when oil is hot reduce flame to low add these flowers into oil and fry until it turns brown.

Remove from oil, allow to cool completely and then store in airtight container.

Initially while taking out it will not be firm but later after cooling it will be crisp...
