Steps

In a large bowl, sifa wheat flour, mix sugar powder, saunf,and coconut powder. pour the ghee and mix until the mixture looks crumbly.

Add water little by little until it comes together and knead into a tight dough.

Take a small portion in your hand and with movement of your hand, make a round ball.

Press it a little on your hand like a flat dish and then place it on the thekua press it.

Carefully take it out and place on a plate with the plain side down.repeat until is done.

Heat oil in a kadhai. when it becomes hot,fry these on a low flame until golden brown. transfer on to an absorbent paper, let it cool completely. serve.
