  2. 1medium sized onion,
  3. 1Beef stock cube
  4. 1/2 teaspoonRajah
  5. 1 teaspoonJikelele chicken spice
  6. 1/4of tomato sauce

  1. 1

    Boil about 1kg of chicken gizzards till tender and soft Fry with one onion Add spaces eg,beef stock, jikelele chicken spice and rajah mild and spicy 1/2 teaspoon each Simmer and add 3to 4 spoons of tomato sauce for gravy
