Cook the onions untill they are brown

Add the tomatoes

Add the potatoes and mix well with onions and tomatoes and cover them to cook a little

Add githeri and mix well

Add water and season the cover it and allow them to cook

Keep on checking to ensure that the potatoes has not over cooked

Serve it when ready and it can b eaten with avocado
