1large carrot
1onion
1green pepper
halfred pepper
2tablespoons of four
1 cupmilk
500 gmacaroni
sprinkle of mixed herbs
1 tea spoonpaprika
halfteaspoon peri peri spice

Boil macaroni for 9 minutes and let it cool

In a separate pot fry onion all your peppers and all spices

Add your washed spinach cook for 7 minutes

In a cup of water add flour stir and pour in your spinach pot

When spinach ready add your cooked macaroni mix well and serve.yummy
