Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  1. 1 bunchspinach
  2. 1large carrot
  3. 1onion
  4. 1green pepper
  5. halfred pepper
  6. 2tablespoons of four
  7. 1 cupmilk
  8. 500 gmacaroni
  9. sprinkle of mixed herbs
  10. 1 tea spoonpaprika
  11. halfteaspoon peri peri spice

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil macaroni for 9 minutes and let it cool

  2. 2

    In a separate pot fry onion all your peppers and all spices

  3. 3

    Add your washed spinach cook for 7 minutes

  4. 4

    In a cup of water add flour stir and pour in your spinach pot

  5. 5

    When spinach ready add your cooked macaroni mix well and serve.yummy
