  • 200 gmGhee
  • 350 gmSugar
  • Sukhi Drakhsh
  • 1 tspelaichi powder
  • Badam
  • Charoli
  • Kaju

Steps

  1. 1

    Pahele kaday me ghee garam karake fada ko pink hone tak sek le.

  2. 2

    Ab usame garam pani dale. Agar apaka Daliya 1 cup he to usame pani 31/2 cup lagega.

  3. 3

    Ab usame sukhi drakhsh dalake dhimi anch pe pakane de. Jab usaka Dana full jaye to usame sugar dalade.

  4. 4

    Jab sugar ka pani sara sukh jaye aur ghee nikalne lage aur chammach ko chipke nahi tab usame Elaichi powder aur Charoli dal ke achhe se mix kar le.

  5. 5

    Ab ek bowl me parose aur kaju badam se garnish karein. ye Dhanteras me prasad me banate he.
