Ingredients

  1. Sauteed Shrimp
  2. 1 lbFresh Shrimp
  3. 5 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 dashsalt
  5. 2 dashpepper
  6. Vinegar & Garlic-butter dipping sauce
  7. 1/2 stickbutter
  8. 1 tspgarlic powder
  9. 1 tspwhite vinegar
  10. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For the Shrimp: Sautee garlic in olive oil/regular cooking oil for about 1 min then add the Shrimp.

    add the seasonings *salt & pepper*

  3. 3

    Sautee and let it simmer in medium heat. Shrimp will turn "orange" and would curl up. DO NOT OVER COOK FRESH SHRIMP. cover & wait until fully cooked. Eat over rice or as is!

    Don't forget the dipping sauce!

    Dipping Sauce: melt butter in microwave for 10 seconds or until fully melted.

    add the garlic powder/ 1 clove garlic (minced), salt and vinegar

  7. 7

    Mix in a saucer and enjoy! dunk your sauteed shrimp!
