Great for cookouts! Is also very good leftover, the broccoli and ramen soak up the sauce. I'm going to experiment with replacing the sugar with Splenda, will update.

Ingredients

  • 2 packagesBroccoli Slaw
  • 2 packagesOriental Ramen Noodles
  • 1/2 cupsugar (or sweetener of your choice! I like splenda)
  • 1/2 cupwhite vinegar (apple cider vinegar is good too if you like it)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ramen seasoning packets, sugar, and white vinegar in a small bowl, mix until dissolved.

    Crush the Raman noodles until all are about 1/2 an inch long.

  3. 3

    Pour both packages of slaw and crushed ramen into a large bowl.

    Pour the sauce over the noodles and slaw, mix.

    Enjoy!
