Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3 1/3 ozpickled jalapeño pepper slices and 1 tablespoonfuls of the juice
  • 1 1/2 cupsliced okra
  • 1/3 cupof spice rub and coating, see attached recipe
  • 1/2 stickbutter
  • 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

    Slice okra

  2. 2

    Melt butter and add olive oil. Coat the okra in the coating.

    Fry the okra in butter and oil let the extra coating flavor oil. Add jalapeños and juices fry stirring occasionally. 11 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
