Preheat oven to 350°

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Cut each bacon slice into thirds. Wrap each chicken cube and water chestnut with bacon strip and secure with toothpick.

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and chili powder. Dredge wrapped chicken in mixture.

Place chicken wraps on a foil lined baking sheet coated with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
