Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoonslime juice
3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonminced chives
Pinchwhite pepper
2tomatoes medium thick slice
2mangoes thin sliced
2 tablespoonsjulienne chives

Steps

Blend the first four ingredients for the dressing and set aside to develop flavors

Arrange the slices of tomato and mango in whatever design interests you and chill for 10 minutes or skip if you can’t wait

Drizzle the Dressing over the slices and garnish with the julienne chives. Enjoy
