I had this head of italian cabbage I didn't know what to do with, so I made it simply:)

Ingredients

  1. 1 smallitalian cabbage
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 1salt
  4. 1finely chpped fresh dill (i added 1/2 of a bunch)
  5. 1 tbspxylitol(i used that but you can use sugar or other sweetner)

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and cut the cabbage in to small slices (they don't have to be perfect or even the same shape)

  2. 2

    Steam the cabbage until tender.

  3. 3

    Heat the butter in a giant pan or wok and add the steamed cabbage to it.

  4. 4

    Stir for a few minutes, add sweetner of your choice, add salt until you lilke it. Than add dill.

  5. 5

    Stir it obce again and serve! It's great side dish with mashed potatoes.
