Cooking Instructions

In the mixing bowl add chillies, shallots, cucumber and galanga then follow with lemon grass

Add fish sauce, pork stock powder, lime juice and picked garlic now mixing well and set aside

In the pot add water and heat in medium heat .when the water boiling add slices beef low the heat add ground roasted rice and move from heat
- 4
Pour the beef into the mixing bowl and stir all ingredients together while the beef is hot add chopped coriander and served warm
