Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 16 ozmedium macaroni shells
  2. 12 ozlight chunk tuna
  3. 6 mediumwhite mushrooms
  4. 1/4 cupminced fresh parsley
  5. 1 smallonion, chopped
  6. 4 cloveminced fresh garlic
  7. 4 tbspbutter
  8. 1 cancondensed cream of celery soup
  9. 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  10. 1/4 cupshredded Parmesan
  11. 12 ozfrozen peas and carrots
  12. 1/4 cupshredded mozzarella

  1. 1

    Boil macaroni shells and drain. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients except Parmesan, mozzarella, butter, and bread crumbs in a large baking dish.

  3. 3

    Cover mixture with bread crumbs and event space thinly sliced butter. Cover with aluminum foil.

  4. 4

    Bake in preheated oven for 30 min. Uncover and add shredded Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake for an additional 15 min.
